Heights College is delighted to show that Rockhampton students can match it with the very best in the state. Their 2017 Dux and Runner Up Dux both received the highest ATAR score possible of 99.95, placing them in the top 31 students in Queensland out of over 50,000 Year 12 students and in the top 5% of all the students who received an OP 1.

Lize Nortje and Samuel Lawson are now studying Medicine in Townsville at James Cook University and are just settling in to their new campus and study schedules.

With the new Queensland Senior Schooling system, all Queensland schools will move from OP scores to ATAR scores in 2020. Currently students receive an OP score and can request their ATAR score.
