Governance

The governance of Heights College is aligned with the local sponsoring church, Cathedral of Praise, with the Senior Pastor holding the position of Chairman of the Board and each board representative being required to be a member of the Cathedral of Praise church. The College Board are regularly involved throughout the year in a range of workshops, seminars and professional development initiatives hosted by Associated Christian Schools and Independent Schools Queensland.

Heights College is a Ministry of the Cathedral of Praise. 

The College also has a close association with Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCCA) regarding academic matters and is a member school of Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ). Heights College is also a member of  Associated Christian Schools and Christian Schools Australia.
